There is a TESV:Skyrim Nexus Mod called "Undeath Remastered". You can try that. I think it's the best track to go.

'Skyrim: Undeath' is an add-on for TESV: Skyrim that will give the player the opportunity to become, through the course of their long and arduous journey of exploration and study, a terrifying and destructive undead Lich. 'Undeath' also adds a host of necromancy themed content, both new and old, which does not modify existing perks in any way.

For Vanilla, you wont get satisfactory results but can try with:
- vampirism stage 4 (draining life)
- some dagger with absorb health enchantment
- dawnguard undead healing and necromantic healing (not sure why but it kind of fits)
- conjuration (reanimation perks, especially dead thrall x2)
- destruction (cold)
- light armor
