Just finished the the stories Deceiver's Gambit and Ashevier's Dogs, one thing I am left wondering: how concurrent is the fall of Dwarven Doors to these events? Orcs are running rampant over Wesnoth, is this chaos contributing to the orcs then attacking Knalga, or have they done this by the time of Garard's death? Khazg Black-Tusk is not mentioned at all, nor the Bloody Swords in the entire conflict as far as I can recall, so I wonder
